About the Role

We're seeking a Truck Repair Specialist with solid welding experience to join our Repairs Team in Berrinba. You'll work across a variety of truck body repairs and fabrications. Welding experience & fibreglass fabrication is essential.

This role suits someone who is confident working independently, takes pride in their workmanship, and enjoys being trusted to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities

n

Perform MIG welding on truck bodies and components
n
Perform fibreglass repairs, panel beating, spray painting, and minor fabrication
n
Fixing or modifying damaged fiberglass parts to meet specific requirements.
n
Work safely and maintain a tidy work area
n
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
n

About you

n

n
Must have MIG welding experience (Trade qualification is not required but highly advantageous)
n




Experience in fibreglass repairs and spray painting
n
Robust fibreglass fabrication and technical drawing interpretation skills
n
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
n
Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative
n
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
Must have a current QLD Driver's licence
n
HR license or willing to obtain
n
