The Opportunity
Drive the Growth: Get out in the market, win new customers and grow sales across Seven Hills and the surrounding industrial areas
Lead from the Front: Build solid relationships with customers and stay close to the sales activity that drives the business
Run the Business: Take ownership of branch performance and make decisions that move the business forward
Lead the Team: Manage an experienced team across sales, customer service and operations, setting clear expectations and keeping everyone moving in the same direction
Share in the Success: Strong profit share opportunity as you grow the profitability of the branch, plus company vehicle or car allowance, fuel card, phone and laptop

You’ll Thrive in this Role if You




Bring Robust Sales Experience: You could already be leading a branch or business, or be an experienced BDM ready to take the next step into management. Either way, you’ll know how to build relationships, win business and drive sales
Know the Industry: Experience across fasteners, industrial supplies, tools, construction products, wholesale or a similar B2B environment will be highly regarded
Think Commercially: You understand that growing sales, looking after customers and running a robust operation all contribute to the bottom line
Can Lead a Team: You’re comfortable setting expectations, holding people accountable and getting the best out of an experienced team
Hold Full Working Rights: Australian or NZ citizen or permanent resident
Have a Licence: A current driver’s licence is essential
