Job Description
We're seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to drive service excellence across our national organisation. Working closely with the Head of Technology Customer Experience, you'll lead IT service management, change management, vendor performance, operational communications, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure our technology services are reliable, productive, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and improve ITSM and ITIL-aligned processes.
Manage technology change activities, communications, and business readiness.
Oversee onboarding/offboarding technology processes.
Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, and technology assets.
Support technology project delivery and operational governance.
Drive service improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies.
Lead, coach, and develop team members while promoting a customer-first culture.
