Transport Compliance and Operations Coordinator

n

This is a varied administration role supporting the operations team with compliance, safety, driver documentation, permits, training records and general operational administration. You'll work closely with drivers, supervisors and management to ensure records are accurate, audits are completed and the depot meets its compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

n

Complete daily, weekly and monthly compliance audits, including driver logs, checklists, runsheets, mass and licence checks

n

Maintain vehicle, permit, licence, waste certificate and compliance registers

n

Prepare and update permits and compliance documentation

n

Maintain training records and coordinate upcoming training requirements

n

Complete document control, scanning and electronic filing

n

Prepare toolbox talks and maintain completed sign-offs

n

Enter incidents, hazards, toolbox talks and other safety information into the WHS system

n

Complete workplace inspections, safety conversations and DG bag audits

n

Maintain pre-trip inspection, axle weight and weighbridge calibration records

n

Maintain fuel and vehicle usage registers and complete weekly reconciliations

n





About you

n

Previous administration or compliance experience

n

Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills

n

Good computer skills and confidence working across different systems

n

Robust organisational and time-management skills

n

Good written and verbal communication skills

n

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

n

Transport, logistics, safety or compliance experience will be highly regarded

n

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is essential

n
