Job Description

McCain Foods is seeking a Shift Manager at the Ballarat Potato Plant. You will lead processing and packing shifts, drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and develop a high-performing shift team.

This hands-on leadership role requires solid people skills, experience in food manufacturing, and the ability to translate plans into actions while complying with GMP/HACCP. The role reports to the Production Manager and offers a hybrid approach to work with prospects to influence
