About the role:

Lead and inspire a team of educators within your room
n
Create and implement engaging, play-based learning programs




n
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
n
Ensure a protected, inclusive, and nurturing environment
n
Support compliance with the EYLF and National Quality Standards
n

n

Requirements:

n

n
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
Current Blue Card
n
Valid First Aid & CPR (including Asthma & Anaphylaxis)
n
Current Child Protection training
n
Previous experience in a Lead Educator or similar role (preferred)
n
