Job Description

Delaware North Australia & Recent Zealand is hiring a Commis Chef to join Lizard Island Resort. You will support senior chefs, prepare dishes in a high-volume kitchen, and contribute to exceptional dining experiences on the Excellent Barrier Reef.

You will follow recipes, ensure food safety, HACCP and WHS compliance, and maintain cleanliness. A Level 3 Commercial Cookery certificate and Food Safety certification are required or obtained on onboarding.
