As a Mould Removal Technician with MouldMen, you'll be part of Australia's leading mould remediation company. Founded after the 2011 Queensland floods with expertise gained from Hurricane Katrina cleanup specialists, we use proven international best practices to restore healthy indoor environments. This role involves working directly with clients, assessing mould situations, and executing secure, effective removal procedures using industry-leading equipment and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough mould inspections and assessments
n
Execute mould removal procedures following strict safety protocols
n
Operate specialized equipment including HEPA vacuums, air scrubbers, and containment systems
n
Document work progress and maintain detailed job records
n
Communicate with clients professionally and compassionately
n




Maintain and clean equipment between jobs
n
Follow all OH&S; guidelines and company procedures
n
Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
n

Requirements

Previous experience in construction, cleaning, or remediation services preferred
n
Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments including confined spaces
n
Solid attention to detail and safety protocols
n
Excellent communication skills for client interaction
n
Valid driver's license and reliable transport
n
Willingness to learn specialized mould remediation techniques
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Sydney-based or willing to relocate
