Job Title: Speech Pathologist - FT/PT/Contractor - Clinic-Based/Community

Job Type: Contractor - FT/PT Available

Salary: $82-$100/hr

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our team as a Contractor. This is an exciting chance to work in a energetic and supportive workplace, helping clients achieve their communication and swallowing goals.

Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with a range of communication and swallowing disorders, including but not limited to: speech sound disorders, language disorders, fluency disorders, voice disorders, cognitive communication disorders, and dysphagia.
Provide evidence-based interventions to support clients in achieving their communication and swallowing goals.
Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client assessments, treatment plans,



and progress notes.
Participate in professional development activities and keep up-to-date with current best practices and research in the field of speech pathology.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited university.
Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
Demonstrated experience in providing speech pathology services in a variety of settings.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to client appointments.
