Job Description
The Elastomers is seeking a Process Worker / Compounder to join our Pakenham South manufacturing team. You will be responsible for weighing rubber chemicals, preparing materials, and setting up the compounding area while maintaining safety, quality and cleanliness.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will perform production floor tasks, transcribe formulations, handle materials, and complete required paperwork.
