Job Description

Workwear Group is seeking a Franchise Operations Manager to strengthen operational excellence across the franchise network. You will own the governance, risk and compliance program and lead the Operators Manual rollout, ensuring policies and SOPs are current and legally compliant.

Key responsibilities include maintaining risk registers, auditing franchise compliance, and delivering governance insights to senior stakeholders.
