Work directly for a major retail brand during an exciting period of store growth and innovation in Melbourne.

This hands-on delivery role is responsible for managing current builds, refurbishments and network improvement projects from initial planning and design through construction, approvals and ultimately opening.

n

Working closely with the development team, builders, consultants and external stakeholders, you will:

n

Manage recent builds and major/minor refurbishments from end to end
n
Coordinate design, construction, authority approvals and project delivery
n
Manage builders, contractors, consultants, architects and other stakeholders
n
Oversee estimates, tenders, procurement, budgets and project costs
n
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required brand standards
n
Coordinate multiple projects across Victoria
n
Maintain project programs, forecasts, documentation and reporting
n
Support wider capital works and network improvement programs
n

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership of projects through to completion.

n

Ideally, you will have:

n

n
Project Management experience within QSR,



hospitality, retail or multi-site environments
n
Experience delivering construction and refurbishment projects
n
An understanding of planning, development and authority approval processes
n
Strong contractor and consultant management skills
n
Experience managing budgets, tenders and project costings
n
The ability to interpret architectural and consultant plans
n
Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
n
A qualification in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management is advantageous
n

Experience within QSR or hospitality development would be particularly valuable, although candidates from comparable multi-site retail environments are encouraged to apply.
