Job Description
Mater Hospital Brisbane is seeking a Clinical Nurse Team Leader to join the Planned Care - Adult Outpatient team on a permanent full time basis at the South Brisbane Campus. You will combine advanced clinical leadership with operational oversight to drive patient outcomes.

You will coordinate care, lead multidisciplinary planning, mentor staff and partner with the Nurse Unit Manager to shape cutting-edge care models while delivering protected, high-quality, patient-centred outcomes across the unit.
