Job Description

SMYA is seeking an experienced Work Health & Safety Advisor to lead and elevate our safety strategy across Australia and Recent Zealand. This role sits within the Human Resources function, reporting to the General Manager - Human Resources, combining strategic leadership with hands-on operational engagement across our sites.

You will develop, implement and continuously improve SMYA's WH&S; Management System, provide expert governance, and drive a proactive safety culture across the organisation.
