We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves working outdoors and supporting the installation of netting systems across horticultural sites. Duties may vary depending on project requirements and may include regional travel.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with the installation of netting structures, including threading, clipping, tensioning, and securing nets.
n
Performing manual handling tasks and operating specialised hand tools and equipment.
n
Working safely at heights of up to 6 metres and in outdoor settings.
n
Supporting supervisors and team members on-site.
n
Maintaining a secure, organised, and efficient work environment.
n

Skills and Experience

General Construction Induction Card (White Card) – mandatory.
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle – required.
n
Previous experience in construction or labouring roles.
n
Comfortable working at heights.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Strong work ethic with a punctual and positive attitude.
