Job Description

Lead month-end close activities and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
n
Manage balance sheet reconciliations and maintain integrity of the general ledger.
n
Coordinate year-end processes and act as a key contact for external auditors.
n
Oversee ATO compliance requirements across the PLG business.
n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, reconciliations, controls, and system integrations.
n
Review and strengthen financial policies, procedures, and venue cash controls.
n
Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial insights for senior stakeholders.
n
Build strong relationships with venue management,



operational teams, and finance stakeholders.
n

The Successful Applicant

n

n
CA/PA qualified with a degree in Accounting.
n
5+ years' experience in accounting or finance.
n
Solid technical accounting and financial reporting skills.
n
Experience with audits, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
n
Advanced Excel skills and robust systems capability.
n
Ability to analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide meaningful recommendations.
n
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
