Key responsibilities for the role typically include:

Preparing, cooking, and presenting modern Australian dishes to a high standard

Assisting with menu execution for restaurant dining, weddings, and private functions

Maintaining strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards

Working collaboratively with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
n
Managing ingredient preparation and supporting stock control as required

This full-time position offers a market-competitive salary package of $80,000 to $85,000 per year plus superannuation.
