Track Legal is a boutique Adelaide law firm that specialises in advising sophisticated and high-net-worth families and businesses on succession, estate planning and disputes. We're looking for an experienced lawyer to work closely with our Directors on complex and standard estate planning matters.

About the role

n

You'll work alongside our Directors on complex estate planning advice and implementation for high-net-worth and sophisticated clients, as well as more standard estate planning advice for business owners and specialists. The role requires:

Complex will drafting including testamentary trusts.
n
Expertise in superannuation.
n




Drafting standard estate planning documents such as Powers of Attorney and Advance Care Directives.
n
Trust advice, deed reviews and amendments.
n
Drafting non-standard documents such as mutual wills contracts, life interest agreements and succession agreements.

About you

n
5+ years' PQE with solid experience in estate planning and will drafting
n
A genuine commitment to client outcomes
n
Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a small team
n
Motivated, energetic and proactive
n
