Breakfast Cook (Casual) – Key Responsibilities

n

n
Prepare and organise mise en place to support smooth kitchen operations
n
Assist with food preparation across all service periods
n
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
n
Keep your work area clean, organised and hygienic
n
Follow food safety standards and support stock rotation practices
n
Receive, check, and store deliveries in line with procedures
n
Support the wider kitchen team to ensure productive service
n

Qualifications

n

Breakfast Cook (Casual) – Skills & Qualifications

n

n
Food Handling Certificate essential, or willingness to obtain one
n
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen preferred, although entry-level applicants will be considered
n
Basic knife skills and the ability to prepare ingredients safely and efficiently
n
Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
n
Ability to remain organised and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
n




Solid communication and teamwork skills
n
Reliable, motivated and willing to learn
n
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays
n
