The Position, but not limited to:

n

Assist with managing a mixed-use portfolio of residential & commercial low maintenance complexes
n
Liaising with owners/tenants
n
Assisting with arranging quotations, repairs, and maintenance for works required
n

n

The Criteria:

n

n
Experience managing a portfolio of buildings
n
Valid drivers' license
n
Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
n
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
n
Ability to build recent and maintain existing relationships
n
An excellent understanding of BCCM Act
n
Have excellent time management skills
n
