Uniting AgeWell is seeking a Digital Customer Support Officer to join our Service Desk team in Melbourne. This role covers 7-day support from 8:00am to 10:00pm, with shifts across weekdays, evenings and weekends.

The role focuses on timely ticket handling and robust customer care within a cooperative ICT workplace. You will build authentic relationships with staff, support issue resolution, and work within LAN/WAN administration to ensure secure, effective IT operations.
