Build and manage a pipeline of hotels, resorts, and serviced apartment operators across SEQ and throughout Australia.

Conduct Operational Housekeeping Audits to diagnose workflow gaps, labour inefficiencies, and room readiness risks.

Convert audit findings into compelling proposals and commercial solutions.

n

Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service scope to secure profitable long‐term agreements.

n

Develop robust relationships with General Managers, Rooms Division Managers, Asset Managers, and Strata/Building Managers.

n

Collaborate with Operations to ensure capacity alignment and seamless onboarding of current contracts.

n

Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasting, and activity reporting.

n

Represent HH Services Cleaning at industry events, supplier meetings, and site visits.

n

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging prospects in the hospitality and accommodation sector.
