Job Description

Family Life is seeking an Orange Door Practitioner to join the Bentleigh team. This full time, permanent role focuses on intake and assessment, identifying risk and safety concerns from Police, Child Protection, and community referrals, and linking clients to appropriate services.

The role requires collaboration within a multidisciplinary team and delivery of services via phone, in office, or outreach as needed.
