ORIX is looking for a detail focused and proactive Novated Leasing Administrator to join our Novated team. This role is all about accuracy, organisation, and collaboration - you’ll play a key part in preparing vehicle quotations and supporting our Novated Specialists to deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers.

This role is all about accuracy, organisation, and collaboration - you’ll play a key part in preparing vehicle quotations and supporting our Novated Specialists to deliver great outcomes for our customers.

INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Prepare accurate and timely vehicle quotations in our systems (Salesforce/ORION)
Liaise with dealers, via phone and email, to obtain pricing and follow up on quotes
Support Novated Specialists to ensure quotes are processed efficiently and correctly
Work closely with internal teams including Pricing, Dealer Relations, Credit, and Repairs & Maintenance
Maintain a high standard of accuracy and meet KPIs around turnaround times
Be part of a supportive,



collaborative team environment with regular catch-ups and knowledge sharing

WHAT YOU HAVE:
Proven experience in administration and data entry roles within a corporate setting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing high-volume tasks
Confidence working with numbers and processing information quickly and correctly
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal,
Knowledge of vehicles and vehicle asssessories
A positive, can-do attitude and ability to prioritise tasks in a rapid-paced environment
