Hazell Bros is seeking a seasoned supervisor to run our asphalt batch plant in Southern Tasmania. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure safety compliance, hit production targets and oversee a small in office team, working with maintenance and dispatch.

The role requires at least five years in asphalt or heavy industry, plus three years in leadership, solid knowledge of mix designs, plant controls and safety, and a current White Card and a driver's licence. Relocation support is offered.
