Job Description

Havilah Inc in Maryborough, Central Victoria, invites a Grade 2 Registered Nurse to lead a team of personal care workers and deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care across our sites.

This hands-on leadership role requires empathy, robust communication, and a commitment to best-practice aged care, with experience in documentation, de-escalation, and familiarity with aged care software. You will work with multi-site teams and contribute to ongoing quality improvement.
