Job Description

Change Recruitment is engaging on a multi-year energy transformation program in Australia, building the PMO function from scratch to replace core CRM, call centre, and pricing platforms across 660,000 customer accounts.

You will own delivery architecture for the program with a global partner while internal teams build a data platform, marketing tech, customer apps, and payment integrations. Hybrid in office work with executive visibility and a transparent conversion path to late-2028.
