Allura Partners are delighted to be partnering with a PE backed Technology business with a search for a Corporate Finance Manager. This is a newly created position that will report into the CFO. You will play a crucial part in corporate finance and financial modelling & planning.

Advanced MS Excel skills and solid financial modelling experience required

The role:
Lead financial modelling and analysis to support capital raises and funding rounds, including scenario planning and investor materials
Manage due diligence, valuation work and business case analysis for M&A; opportunities as they come up
Own the cap table, debt facilities and covenant reporting, keeping the CFO ahead of any funding constraints
Prepare board papers, investor updates and materials for existing and prospective investors




Act as the CFOu0027s right hand on ad hoc corporate finance projects as the business grows

About you:
CA/CPA qualified
Experience in corporate finance, transaction services or investment banking, ideally with exposure to tech or SaaS
Open to candidates making the move from investment banking into an industry role for the first time
Advanced Excel skills, able to build complex financial models from scratch
Comfortable working directly with investors, lenders and advisors
Comfortable working as part of a small, rapid-moving finance team
