Job Description

Journey Beyond Rail is seeking an experienced Chef to join the on-train team, responsible for the high-quality preparation and presentation of the fine dining menu aboard our iconic trains. This permanent full time role offers a competitive annual salary of $77,103.

You will report to the Chef De Partie on train, manage stock and inventory, uphold hygiene standards, and ensure guest satisfaction while working away from home on a 7-day roaster cycle.
