Join our team as a Care Worker on our mobile bus service, travelling across Sydney and providing compassionate support to people in their communities.

What you’ll do
Provide person-centred care and support to older people while travelling on our bus service
Assist people to feel safe, comfortable and valued throughout their journey
Support individual needs while promoting dignity, independence and choice
Build positive and respectful relationships with customers, families and colleagues
Help create a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment on board
Work as part of a friendly and skilled team while travelling to different locations across Sydney
Contribute to the safe and smooth operation of the service

What you’ll bring
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent experience




A genuine passion for supporting and caring for older people
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
A calm, respectful and compassionate approach
Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to travel across Sydney
A commitment to providing safe, high-quality and person-centred care

Desirable: Experience in aged care, community services, disability, hospitality, retail or other customer-focused roles.
