Your new role This is a varied and rewarding dual role where leadership meets hands‐on expertise. As a Commercial Site Supervisor / Carpenter, you'll take ownership of day‐to‐day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.

What you'll need to succeed

Supervising and coordinating site teams and subcontractors
n
Managing projects from site establishment through to completion
n
Opening and closing construction sites
n
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
n




Ensuring WHS compliance through inspections, risk management, and incident response
n
Enforcing site rules and maintaining safety culture
n
Reviewing plans, conducting quality inspections, and managing ITPs
n
Completing daily site diaries and attendance records
n
Supporting team performance and attending client and stakeholder meetings
n
While this is primarily a supervisory role, there is an expectation to assist on the tools when required.

Certificate III in Carpentry
n
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor
n
Commercial construction experience (preferred)
n
QBCC medium rise licence
n
Current First Aid and CPR certifications
n
Construction White Card
n
Robust knowledge of WHS standards and compliance

Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
A skilled, reliable, and detail oriented approach
