Carlton Railway Medical Centre and Carlton UCC are seeking an experienced Lead Nurse.

This opportunity is for a strong clinical leader to oversee both our GP and in office urgent care clinic, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced workplace.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will lead a dedicated and supportive team within a well-established, multicultural clinic.

Key responsibilities
Lead and support the nursing team across GP and urgent care services
Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and workflow efficiency
Work collaboratively with GPs and allied health professionals

About you
AHPRA registration (RN)
Minimum 5 years' experience in general practice
Previous Lead Nurse experience
Robust leadership and team management skills
