Store Manager – Chatswood, Full time, $70K + Super + Incentives

Lead an exciting current retail concept in Chatswood We’re partnering with an established Australian retail brand that is bringing a fresh, experiential concept to the Chatswood market.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to take ownership of a unique store that combines premium retail with a new hospitality experience.
You’ll lead a small, passionate team while driving sales, customer experience and commercial performance across the store.

What you'll be doing
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team
Take ownership of store sales, KPIs and commercial performance
Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience
Drive sales through consultative customer interactions
Oversee day-to-day retail operations, stock and visual standards
Support the hospitality component of the store, including the preparation and service of beverages
Maintain high standards across food safety, hygiene and operational compliance
Analyse performance and identify opportunities to grow the business
Build a strong team culture and create an environment where people love coming to work

What we're looking for

We're looking for a commercially minded Store Manager who loves being on the floor,



leading from the front and creating memorable customer experiences.
You'll ideally bring:
Previous Store Manager or strong Assistant Store Manager experience
A proven track record of driving sales and KPIs
Strong coaching and people leadership skills
A consultative approach to customer service
Experience within hospitality, food, café, QSR or a similar environment is highly regarded
Strong operational capability, including stock, rostering and compliance
The confidence to work autonomously and take ownership of a growing business
A genuine passion for delivering an elevated customer experience
