Lead a close-knit team, drive sales and make your mark in an established retail store.
We’re looking for someone with chain retail experience, maturity and plenty of energy. You’ll be commercially focused but equally passionate about your people, comfortable setting transparent expectations and confident getting involved in the day-to-day running of the store.

What you’ll bring
Previous Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or senior retail leadership experience
Experience within a structured, chain-style retail environment
A strong focus on sales, customer experience and store standards
The ability to coach, motivate and develop a team
A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the sales floor
Strong commercial awareness and accountability for store performance




Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Energy, enthusiasm and a positive personality
Maturity, resilience and the confidence to take ownership

The prospect:
Annual discretionary bonus based on sales performance and cost control
40 hours per week, Tuesday–Saturday
