What you'll be doing
Partner with senior Sales, Marketing and business leaders to drive performance
Lead financial input into strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting
Analyse key revenue, volume and cost drivers and identify opportunities to improve profitability
Build financial models and business cases to support major commercial decisions
Provide transparent, insightful commentary that helps leaders understand performance and make better decisions
Support the development and evaluation of new initiatives and investment opportunities
Challenge assumptions, identify risks and bring a strong commercial lens to decision making
Drive continuous improvement across planning, forecasting and commercial finance processes

What we're looking for
You'll be an experienced Commercial Finance Manager,



Finance Business Partner or FP&A; qualified who enjoys getting close to the business and influencing outcomes.
Ideally, you'll bring:
5+ years' experience in commercial finance or business partnering
Degree qualification in Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
CA/CPA or MBA desirable
Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability
Advanced Excel and strong systems/data skills
Excellent commercial and analytical thinking
Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge and influence
The ability to turn complex financial information into explicit, actionable insights
