The Position
Assisting our Chefs with food preparation
Cleaning and washing up the kitchen area and equipment
Maintaining a safe and hygienic work workplace
Assisting with restock and stock rotation
Receive and store goods by picking up deliveries and organising fruit, vegetables, dairy and beverages
Perform heavy lifting as part of repetitive manual handling tasks
Carry out kitchenhand duties including dishwashing, cleaning and rubbish removal

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
Safety mindset
Well-groomed and qualified in appearance.
Hold a valid RSA to support alcohol service within lounge operations
