From our facility in Recent Gisborne and through our field teams we support our customers with project-based solutions.
We are looking for an experienced Technical Operations Manageras our Australian business continues to grow. The Role In this broad leadership role you will take a leading role in the day-to-day technical side of the business, supporting our workshop and field technicians, solve technical issues and ensuring projects are delivered safely.

When required, you should be comfortable stepping into the workshop or field and working alongside the team to solve a problem. Just as importantly, you will spend time with our customers. You will visit manufacturers, importers and dealers to understand their challenges by providing technical solutions.



Job requirements About You We are looking for an experienced agricultural machinery qualified who combines strong technical knowledge with leadership skills, customer focus and commercial awareness. Ideally, you have: At least 5 years' experience within the agricultural machinery industryA solid technical background in agricultural machinery Experience leading, supervising or mentoring technicians Commercial awareness and an interest in developing recent business Good organisational and computer skills Willingness to travel throughout Australia when required We are not looking for a traditional salesperson or skilled mechanic.
