Cater Care is seeking a qualified Chef to support kitchen operations at a up-to-date aged care facility in Lake Cathie, NSW.

This daytime position offers a secure alternative to traditional hospitality schedules, with no late nights. Reporting to the Chef Manager, you will oversee bulk meal preparation and drive daily operations to deliver high-quality, nutritious dining experiences.

Location: Lake Cathie Manor, NSW, 2445

Salary : $32.13 ph

Roster: Thursday & Friday 6 am - 2 pm

Saturday & Sunday 9 am - 5 pm

Key Responsibilities
Culinary Leadership: Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality, effective, and timely meal services.
Tailored Dining & Nutrition: Prepare standard menus as well as specialized, texture-modified, and therapeutic diets tailored to residents' needs.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high culinary standards, ensuring food flavor, optimal temperature, and appealing visual presentation.
Safety & Compliance: Uphold rigorous food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards across all shifts.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with staff to foster a productive, positive, and supportive kitchen culture.
