Lone Star Rib House is seeking a full time Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to take control of day-to-day kitchen operations in our Townsville location. This hands-on leadership role reports to the General Manager and offers room for growth within the franchise.
You will lead a medium to large kitchen team, manage food costs, stock, and staff rostering while ensuring high standards of food safety and service during busy shifts.
