This role focuses on preventative maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs rather than major trade work.You'll work independently across different locations,



responding to day‐to‐day maintenance needs and helping ensure our operational environments remain protected and fit for purpose.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral maintenance and minor repairs (handyman‐level tasks)Grounds upkeep including whipper snipping and basic landscapingRegular site inspections to identify hazards or maintenance issuesMinor repairs in crew houses and safety housesEscalating plumbing, electrical, or structural issues to licensed tradesSupporting external contractors with access and site readinessMaintaining clean, safe, and well‐presented facilitiesWorking in line with workplace health and safety requirementsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in general maintenance, facilities, landscaping, or similar hands‐on workPractical ability with common tools and basic repairsAbility to work independently across multiple sitesStrong time management and ability to prioritise tasksReliable, safety‐focused, and detail‐orientedDriver's licence and ability to travel between sitesWhat We OfferCasual hours - 2 to 3 days per weekVaried, hands‐on work across multiple locationsSupportive and practical team environmentStable role within an established aviation business
