We are world-class.To learn more about us visit and view our recruiting video at Bae9usXohso.Shift: Monday - Thursday 2:15PM - 12:45AMPay Rate: $24- $28/hour + $1.0 shift differentialRESPONSIBILITIES:Operate various production machinery safely and in compliance with company policies and proceduresRemain flexible and adaptable to changing assignments, production demands, and department needs throughout the workdayExecute job tasks according to specifications outlined on the job cardAccurately record job start and completion times, material usage,



and production dataConduct first-piece and in-process inspections to verify compliance with job requirements and quality standardsNotify the Lead Operator or Quality Control of any quality concerns and pause production until the issue is resolved; escalate unresolved issues to the Plant ManagerPerform routine preventative maintenance on equipment as requiredMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shiftAdhere to all safety, security, and operational proceduresMeet or exceed established productivity, efficiency, and quality targetsActively participate in cross-training on all applicable machinery and production processes to build versatility and support operational coverage across departmentsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredSix (6) months to two (2) years of job-specific experienceExperience working in a computer-based workplace with business or ERP softwareBasic math and measurement proficiencyAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong mechanical aptitudeDemonstrated flexibility and willingness to cross-train across multiple machines, jobs, and production areasPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Continual use of hands; constant standing, walking, reaching, bending, pulling and liftingClear close vision and ability to identify and distinguish color variations401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insurance
