You'll lead a team of dedicated direct support professionals, ensuring high quality person-centred care that empowers clients to thrive.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing the day-to-day operations of SIL sites.Ensuring homes are safe, welcoming,



and compliant.Leading the development and review of person-centered support planEnsuring documentation is accurate and aligned with policy and system requirements.Supporting clients during NDIS planning and review meetingsParticipating in behaviour support planning and restrictive practices where requiredCoaching and mentoring staff to enhance performance and engagement.Coordinating rosters, leave and recruitment with HR and Scheduling teams.Who We're Looking For2-3 years leadership experience in the disability sectorWillingness to participate in flexible working hours including on call, evenings, weekends and public holidaysEnergetic, compassionate, and emotionally resilientExcellent organisational, communication and coaching skillsHold a valid NSW Driver's Licence (P2/full) and are confident driving Unisson vehicles.Qualified with Cert III/IV in Disability (desirable)Why Join Us?
