As a privately owned regional business, we combine the capability of a large organisation with the responsiveness and community connection that only a regional company can offer— and we're looking for a Technical Field Officer to join our team in Bathurst.About the roleAs a Technical Field Officer, you'll play a key role in coordinating maintenance programs, supervising contractors, responding to urgent issues and ensuring works are delivered to the highest contractual and quality standards.
The role offers a high level of autonomy and variety, with no two days the same.What you'll be doingDelivering reactive, planned and preventative maintenance programsCoordinating and supervising contractors across multiple sitesUndertaking site inspections, audits and client liaisonManaging maintenance, rectification and upgrade projectsSupporting demountable installations and relocationsEnsuring compliance with WHS, quality and contractual requirementsParticipating in emergency response activities when requiredWhat we're looking forIdeally,
