Our Mona Vale studio is a high-volume shop with an established client base, a spacious modern fit-out, and a strong team culture built on training and consistency.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced senior-level barber / men's hairdresser to join our Mona Vale team.
Your responsibilities will include:Performing the full range of men's haircutting services on the shop floor five days per week, including all clipper work, fades, scissor cuts, layering and graduation, and beard trimming and shapingConsulting with clients to assess hair type, condition and desired style, and providing tailored recommendationsDelivering services to Sonder's documented standards for haircutting, customer service and operationsRecommending and advising on suitable hair care and styling productsMaintaining tools,
