Our client delivers one of Australia's largest maintenance and asset management programs for a major metropolitan water utility through a long-term joint venture alliance based in Sydney.Supporting critical water, wastewater and network infrastructure, they provide Mechanical & Electrical, Instrumentation, Major Periodic Maintenance and Facility Management services across a complex asset portfolio.An opportunity now exists for an experienced Head of Maintenance & FM (Water) to join the executive leadership team in Sydney.PositionReporting to the Program Director, this leadership role is responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance and P&L; management of a large-scale maintenance and facilities management business.Leading multidisciplinary teams across Mechanical & Electrical, Instrumentation, Major Periodic Maintenance and Facility Management, you will drive safety, operational excellence and continuous improvement while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership across a large-scale maintenance and asset management program.Lead multidisciplinary maintenance, M&E;, instrumentation and facilities management teams.Drive operational performance, commercial outcomes and full P&L; accountability.Develop maintenance strategies that improve asset reliability and operational efficiency.Lead planning,
