You will sell, install, and service electrical systems for homeowners across Brevard County — representing Climate Experts with professionalism and delivering a 5-star experience on every call.
You will have the freedom to run jobs from estimate to completion, backed by a full office team dedicated to making your day run smoothly.WHAT YOU WILL OWN- Sell and complete residential electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs- Diagnose complex electrical issues and provide secure, effective solutions- Install wiring, panels, lighting,



and smart home systems- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics- Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions- Deliver a white glove customer experience on every call- Keep accurate job documentation and reports- Maintain safety as a top priority always- Help train and mentor future team members as the department growsWHAT WE OFFER- Hourly wage + uncapped commission up to 10% of project profits- $80,000–$130,000+ annual earning potential- No on-call.
