The OpportunityThis is a wonderful opportunity for an ECT to join a collaborative, community and values-driven team.In this role, you will lead the integrated 3–5-year-old kindergarten program, supporting up to 20 children in a well-resourced learning environment.
You will be supported by a team of experienced educators and leadership, with generous planning time to deliver a high-quality, play-based program that reflects children's interests and learning needs.The CandidateTo apply for this role, you will have have experience working as an early childhood educator in the kinder space, or in a similar role and must have a Bachelor Degree in Early Years Education or ACECQA approved equivalent, as well as your Provisional VIT.In addition, you will have an in depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and must have a team focused philosophy, as well as looking to be part of the local community and build lasting relationships with families.
The must be goal driven, and have a forward thinking mindset!
