This is a Full-Time, Fixed-Term role, working closely with the Sales team to guide prospective purchasers through the sales journey and deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to settlement and handover.As an integral part of the sales team, you will play a vital role in showcasing our luxury lifestyle offering, nurturing prospective purchasers and their families, and ensuring the highest possible conversion from enquiry to sale.ResponsibilitiesManage incoming sales enquiries and guide prospective purchasers through the end-to-end sales processBuild strong relationships with prospective purchasers and their families to support sales conversionConduct display home and resort tours,



presenting the Palm Lake lifestyle offering in a professional and engaging mannerConvert leads into purchasers while supporting sales targets and conversion outcomesMaintain presentation standards of display homes to ensure a premium customer experienceMaintain regular communication with deposit holders to sustain engagement and support settlement outcomesAssist with purchaser selections, contract documentation, deposits and handover processesLiaise with internal teams regarding settlements, build progress and purchaser variationsSupport the planning and delivery of promotional events and purchaser engagement activitiesMaintain accurate sales records, database management and marketing collateral availabilityWhat We're Looking For:We're looking for someone who shares our belief that respect, passion and community underpin all the work we do.To succeed in this role, you'll bring:Previous sales experience, ideally within the relevant target marketA National Police Clearance (required)Real Estate LicenceCurrent C Class Driver's Licence.Demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve conversion outcomesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with people from all backgroundsA positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude with a polished personal presentationHigh level of initiative, self-motivation and accountabilityWhite Card (Construction General Safety Induction).
