About Health Centre
Located 30km north of Newcastle at RAAF Base Williamtown, Australia's premier fighter pilot training base.
The base is one of the busiest in NSW, employing over **** people.
The health centre provides primary medical, aviation medical, outpatient, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, mental health, and pharmaceutical services.
Standard operating hours are generally ********* Monday - Friday.

Deliver high-quality mental health care to Defence membersConductingfitness-for-duty assessments and pre/post-deployment care.Undertaking assessments, interventions, managing medications, formulating treatment and care plans for individuals and group education sessionsWork collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical environmentwhere patientwellness is paramount
What You Bring
Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseOne of the following:ACMHN credentialedGraduate Diploma in Mental Health NursingMental Health trained nurse / UK trained undergraduate Mental Health NurseMinimum two years' Post RN general registration experience within last five yearsin mental health within a Primary Healthcare Setting or Specialist Mental Health SettingComprehensive assessment skills and experience in 'Focussed Psychological Strategies' and 'Psychological Therapy' as per Medicare ScheduleCurrent CPR certification (HLTAID009)Australian Citizenshiprequired to obtain Baseline Security ClearanceCommitment to CPD and ethical, patient-centred care
