Lead, mentor and develop a team of payroll professionalsOversee end-to-end payroll processing for a large and complex workforceEnsure compliance with relevant legislation, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and internal policiesManage complex payroll calculations including shift penalties, overtime, allowances and leave entitlementsAct as the senior escalation point for payroll-related queriesPartner closely with workforce management and rostering teams to ensure accurate payroll data flowSupport internal and external audits and compliance activitiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll processes and system efficienciesFoster a high-performance, customer-focused and collaborative team culturePrevious experience leading or supervising a payroll teamStrong end-to-end payroll knowledge within a large or complex organisationExperience interpreting Awards, Enterprise Agreements and payroll legislationExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to prioritise workloads and lead a team in a fast-paced environmentA proactive mindset with a passion for process improvementLead, mentor and develop a team of payroll professionalsOversee end-to-end payroll processing for a large and complex workforceEnsure compliance with relevant legislation, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and internal policiesManage complex payroll calculations including shift penalties, overtime,
